Healthy Teeth
Researchers are now saying that it is not so much what you eat, but when you eat it that leads to tooth decay. Sucking on sweets all day is the worst thing that you can do. The sugar secreted acids in your mouth attack the enamel on your teeth and leaves them susceptible to decay.
The good news is that there is an easy solution. If you limit your primary sugar consumption to one meal a day and than have a piece of cheese, you can neutralize the decaying acids. This is even more effective than brushing after eating sugar.
So, if you just have to eat that sugar, go ahead. Just eat it all at one sitting and follow up with a cube of cheese.

Feeling
Stressed? How about a little exercise to help
put your hectic schedule in perspective and help chase the blues away? Along
with a balanced diet, regular exercise will give you more energy, not less, to
get through your busy day. Exercise not only makes you feel better, it also
helps reduce the risk of many chronic diseases such as heart disease,
diabetes, obesity, and perhaps cancer. Start out slowly, just 10 minutes at
first at something you enjoy until you gradually build up to exercise that
seems equivalent to a brisk 30 minute walk a day. If you can't a free 30
minutes each day, try three 10 minute intervals. The secret is making it part
of your daily routine.
